You can use the PDF Editor to add annotations, notes, and stamps directly to PDF workpapers in your engagement binder and PDFs attached to AP transactions.
With the PDF Editor open, you can use the keyboard shortcuts listed here.
Customize and create keyboard shortcuts for the PDF editor
Right-click a blank area in a toolbar at the top of the PDF editor, then select
Customize Toolbars
from the context menu.
Select the
Commands
tab.
Select the
Category
and
command
from the
Commands
list.
Select
Properties
.
Add or modify a shortcut in the Shortcut section, then select
OK
.

note
When in Workpapers CS, this closes the workpaper, but leaves the PDF editor open. Also, you are prompted to save your changes before returning the workpaper to the binder.
