Workpaper Dashboard

Workpapers dashboard is missing

When the Workpapers dashboard isn't showing under the View menu, verify the following items.
  • Verify the valid license for the Workpapers service in the
    Help
     >
    About screen
    .
  • Set up at least one client with the Workpapers service enabled in the
    Setup
     >
    Clients
     >
    Main
     tab.
  • Ensure the number of staff with access to the Workpapers dashboard doesn’t exceed the paid Workpapers units, which you can check in
    Help
     >
    About
    .
  • Confirm the staff person has permissions to view the WP dashboard.
